An Update at The Green

Now that we are well and truly underway at The Green, our latest development on the outskirts of Exeter, and many of our new homeowners are settling into their new homes, we thought we would give you an update on the progress at our sought-after development.

After starting work in March 2018, our new homes are proving extremely popular with over 50% of the development already reserved or sold, which comes as no surprise to us! The latest release of homes the stunning Oakmeres have gone down a treat and we only have two of these homes remaining (plots 75 and 77).

With stunning views over the 10th fairway of Exeter golf course these homes transport you into a place of tranquility as soon as you step in. With the added bonus of the city center being so close, this is a location that we just think you cannot beat!

We have also recently released our three-bedroom Radbourne homes which will be completed in Autumn 2020.
